In this presentation, Manfred will discuss some of the core drivers and benefits of the API Economy. APIs by themselves, however, are naked and API providers do not have enough control and visibility to build sustainably successful strategies on top of APIs. This is where API management solutions come in, which allow to fully leverage the benefits of APIs. Manfred will give an introduction to key API Management concepts and overview about how these are addressed by the 3scale API Management Platform -- recently acquired by Red Hat. Manfred will conclude with some of the key differentiators of 3scale and the customer landscape including several customer success stories.
