Ceph is an open-source, distributed, scale-out, software define storage platform.

For a number of years Ceph has been the de-facto storage platform for OpenStack clouds, delivering block, object and now file. The introduction of Red Hat Ceph Storage v2, delivers a solid foundation enabling Ceph to extend beyond cloud-centric solutions, into the 'legacy' enterprise space.

This session discusses the role that iSCSI will play in adding diversity to Ceph storage solutions, and looks at what features and capabilities we can expect to see in the next 6 months and beyond.
